One Turbo Ride For Mel

 September 1, 2009 --- MEL GIBSON has sunk pretty low in Americas opinion as of late. Anti-Semitic remarks, drunk driving charges and, most recently, a bitter divorce have shredded his leading-man status. Its a brutal downward spiral that certainly isnt winning him any fans. But were here to talk about his taste in cars, not his issues driving them. And taste he appears to have, since weve spotted him driving the PORSCHE CAYENNE TURBO. Widely considered to be the best sports SUV on the market, the Cayenne Turbo is powered by a 4.8-liter V8 and motors along at a max speed of 171 mph. Couple that with a 0-60 mph time of 4.9 seconds and youve got a beast of an SUV. Only one other trim is faster the Turbo S but for an extra $25k over the already bulging $100,000 price tag, wed be satisfied settling for the Turbo.
