Pierce Brosnan drives the BMW Hydrogen 7

 April 24, 2009 - Rounding out GreenWeek is none other than 007 himself.  It's got enough sophisticated technology to be on James Bond's drive list. And, lo and behold, we see behind its wheel a former James Bond. PIERCE BRONSNAN is driving the BMW HYDROGEN 7; it may not have a mini-nuclear weapons launcher or have amphibious capabilities, but it is the latest salvo against environmental pollution due to emissions as well as reliance on foreign fossil fuels that weakens us as a nation. Powering the massive luxury sedan is a 6-liter V12 engine that's been re-engineered to burn liquid hydrogen chilled to minus 423 degrees below zero, creating the electricity needed to move the vehicle.
